There are two methods to process your registration:

1) Online (signature verification by fax required when registering as a consultant)

2) By regular mail

The Payment Methods accepted with either method are:

Money Orders Cash Visa Paypal online payments to: payment@topline-creations.com

Mastercard Amex Discover Credit Card payments by phone.

To register as a consultant online:

Please click the link below. It will take you to our TLC page where you will see a “join me” link on the left hand menu.

Click this link, and select the “New Consultant” option to begin the registration process. Our online registration process has been

streamlined to get you started as quickly as possible. After you have completed the information on the application, you will need to

print the form , sign it, and fax it back to Top Line Creations Home office at (801) 954-0370. Once you have done this, you will be

assigned a consultant number, and you will be given full access to the online business centre where you can begin networking, and

learning about the products while you wait for your starter kit(s) to arrive.

When paying via PayPal, first sign up online as a consultant and choose check or money order as your payment option.

Print the form with your total, then log intoyour PayPal account and send the payment to Payment@topline-creations.com .

Include in the comments section that the payment is for your consultant starter kit and/or Add-on kit and also include your

ID# from the registration form.

To register as a consultant by regular mail: Please complete our request more information form, and in the

comment area request a consultant application. We will Email you an application that you can print and mail or fax back to the

Top Line Creations. Registration by mail takes slightly longer. You will have to wait until the application is processed

by home office before you will be assigned a consultant number or have access to the business centre.
